"When talking with other nonprofit leaders about creating a theory of change and a Logic model, I always froze up a little because it seemed to be an overwhelming task...

Especially because I was the ED of a small organization, I found the idea of reserving time in my already packed day to spend time visioning and planning seemed just out of reach. However, working with Kelly and Hannah was a true gift! My staff and I had weekly meetings where we reflected on our understanding of the issues and our hope to facilitate meaningful change in the community and in people's lives. After each meeting, Kelly and Hannah would review the information they had captured to then guide us through the next phase. It only took a few weekly meetings to create an evergreen plan that we continue to follow and update several years later! I know that I would not have been able to approach and complete this vital planning document without the guidance and support from these two women!"

"Our grant eligibility has benefited enormously and confidence in our ability to make alterations to programs is much stronger.

Kelly worked with our staff intensely over several months to develop a robust logic model, a series of impact surveys, and provided the training for their interpretation that has allowed us to effectively monitor our impact for over five years now. Our grant eligibility has benefited enormously and confidence in our ability to make alterations to programs is much stronger. We are so grateful for her expertise and patience!

We’re getting invited to apply for grants now.

"I have always been frustrated and intimidated by evaluation—logic models, metrics and data—but Kelly and Hannah started with what we knew and then made it so easy and understandable—and feasible. Best part is they turned my language into something my funders and partners outside the arts understand. We’re getting invited to apply for grants now.”

"...there's no better pair to shepherd one through a sometimes scary process like Kelly and Hannah...

"I worked with Kelly and Hannah as part of a team providing creative writing workshops to service members, patients, staff, and family members at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.  Their personalized and patient guidance was instrumental in creating a robust program evaluation process, which enabled us to effectively demonstrate and communicate the impact of the workshops. As the importance of creating an evaluation-based foundation for new projects and programs is becoming more and more important, there's no better pair to shepherd one through a sometimes scary process like Kelly and Hannah."
